Important facts about Gmail in Hindi? Gmail

जीमेल (Gmail) को गूगल(Google) मेल भी कहा जाता है | जीमेल इसका शार्ट नाम है| Gmail is an email client.

Domain-Based Email Verification in CSV File using PHP.

Hello Friends, In this blog post I am going to let you know to build an email verification functionality based on domain address inside your email CSV file. I make it more simple, suppose you have an email CSV file which has bulk email addresses and having multiple domain addresses for email.

Now the problem is that you have email addresses with domain extension say ABC.com, and you don’t want to keep any email address with this particular domain name and want to delete all of them,

so now the question is how would you delete them for email verification?

Though there could be some other way to remove as such domain from your excel file for email verification, in case if you don’t know the way or you not familiar with the more technical thing then you would need to have a tool which can do this work for you.

You can use this below-given a tool for email verification process where you just need to upload your list and select the domain which you want to remove or keep and if the domain you want to delete is not in the drop-down list then you can also manually add or delete the domain the below-given option.

csv-email-cleaner-softwrae-img
Email Verification Domain Specific

*Note – Domain add and delete functionality is disabled in the live demo. If if you have any query related with live demo then please contact us here.

So using this tool email verification can happen both ways, you can remove the domain you want and you can also keep the domain you want, means you can select the emails with a specific domain name and also can delete the email with a specific name.

What is the process to make this email verification tool?

This is a very simple process to build this email verification tool, you just need to follow the below-given procedure.

1. Install all the applications to develop this functionality.

Software required to develop this functionality are :

NetBeans IDE
Xampp Server

2. Now create a project name as excel_cleaner, though you can create with any name and then create the below-given file structure.

project-detailexcelcleaner

Once the project creation is done with all file and folder then just copy and paste the below-given code for email verification tool.

effective email marketing usng best domain copy

Which domain is best for effective email marketing 2019?

In this blog, you will learn how a domain can affect your email campaign or email marketing, so it is very necessary to take care while choosing a domain address especially for sending your email campaign. And which domain is best for sending the email campaign and which domain we should avoid while sending the email campaign.

Generally, most of the email marketing users who run the email campaign for promoting their product or service does this mistake. When they plan to send the email campaign then they suddenly purchase a domain and one ESP plan and after setting up their account they just start sending their email campaign.

And after a few campaigns, they get the email regarding their SMTP suspension due to high spam and bounce rate. or the email regarding the domain blacklisting by several reputed blacklist company.

If you are an email marketing user then you would have seen this scenario many time that you did not send even a single email still your email address or domain is in the blacklist due to your IP address. This all because of this shared IP address.

effectiveemailmarketing-featureimage
Choose the right domain for effective email marketing

How can you check that you have a shared IP or dedicated IP address for doing email marketing?

If are a tech familiar and did all this domain purchase with your own then you can easily find out whether a domain is with shared IP or dedicated IP. You can easily check your plan. but don’t be confused with a shared hosting plan and shared domain. Shared hosting is different and shared IP domain is different. you can have a dedicated domain in a shared hosting plan.

There is one another way to check this if your IP is shared IP then on typing your IP address on the browser you can see some other website opening instead of yours sometime. Whereas if you will type your domain then you will definitely see your website on the webpage.

What you should do for removal of your domain address from the blacklist?

As this is not your fault and you did not send any spam email or bulk email, this is because of your shared IP address so this is the responsibility of your domain hosting provider to sort out all these issues for your domain and IP address. You just simply tell to your domain provider about these problems then they will automatically resolve this as they would be already aware of such problems.

You will be thinking that what is wrong with this every one purchase a domain for sending the email campaign, Yes you are right there is nothing wrong with purchasing the domain but here the point is –

Which domain an email marketing user purchasing, whether the user is purchasing a domain with shared IP or a domain with a dedicated IP address?

This is the main point and believes me that this is the most effecting point while doing the email marketing for your product or service.

What is wrong with a shared IP address along with our domain using email marketing?

If we purchase a domain with a shared IP address then this address is used by several other users over the internet and in those users, there might be some spammers who sent bulk spam email using that IP address. And this can affect the reputation of your IP that will directly affect the image of your domain as it is associated with this IP and thus it will directly affect our email marketing.

What worst can happen If I use this domain with a shared IP address using email marketing?

If you are limited to the transactional emails then there would not be any problem but if you are sending bulk email with the same domain then most of the SMTP server can blacklist your domain as your IP address is already in a blacklist. your domain could easily come in the suspicious category as your IP is sending so many spam emails however you are not actually sending any spam but some other user using this IP to send the spam email.

Your SMTP provider can suspend your SMTP account as your image has been build as a spammer and you are getting high spam and bounce emails using this domain. And then you will not able to make the account on same ESP with this domain name. That could be the worst experience that anyone can have while doing email marketing

How a domain with a dedicated IP address can resolve this problem using email marketing?

If you use a domain with dedicated IP address then you will be the boss of your domain as well as IP address, and you only be responsible for all kind of activity happening using your domain and IP address.

There is full control on your IP as well as your domain as they are interconnected with each other. now you can monitor your email activity while performing email marketing and their consequences on the reputation of your domain. it is always suggested if you are looking for the best result out of your email marketing then you must choose the dedicated domain to send your email campaign.

Conclusion:

Domain with a dedicated IP address has an advantage while doing the email marketing with this domain. There is very less chance to get SMTP suspension as it will not receive high spam and bounce email rate. no other user can perform the spamming using your dedicated IP address as this is only your IP address and only you can command your IP address.

What is an MX Record? Check MX Record using PHP.

In this blog, I am going to discuss the MX(Mail Exchange) record and how this MX record is responsible in email delivery system. And how can we check the MX record for our domain? You will also learn how to write the PHP script code to check the MX record.

MX records stand for mail exchange record and also known as DNS records which are used for delivering our emails from one end to another end. Ultimately MX record is responsible for our email reception and sending.

We can’t receive emails if our MX record is not pointed in a proper place. In a simple language, MX record gives the information about mail server which will accept the incoming mail for our domain address.

And it also informs about where the email coming to our domain will be routed to. That is mean MX record tells everyone in the network that which mail server will accept the email coming to our domain and where the email coming to our domain will be routed to.

How to check MX Record for our email? How to develop the script code for checking the MX record for a particular email using PHP?

See, you can check the MX record with the below-given option or Live demo for MX record check. and you can also download the script code in PHP for the same functionality by clicking the download option below.

Example of an MX record:

MX records consist of two parts: the first one is a priority and the second one is a domain name. For example:

0 mail.MYDOMAIN.com
The ‘0’ is the priority.
The lower the number means a higher priority.
The ‘mail.MYDOMAIN.com’ is the mail server to which it connects.

This is different depending on what company is hosting your email.
Outgoing email servers connect to the MX servers in order of priority.
If you use more than one MX record and both have the same priority, it picks one at random basis.

Who control the MX records?

The MX records are controlled by the organization or company where have you purchased your domain from and nameserver are pointed in. simply it is controlled by the company where nameserver is pointed.

But for an example, if you have purchased your domain from Godaddy and it is hosted in Bluehost then you have to update your nameserver at Godaddy that you will get from Bluehost for your domain. now your nameserver will be pointed to Bluehost thus the MX record will be controlled by Bluehost company.

Conclusion:

MX record is mail exchange record and is necessary for email delivery from sender end to the receiver end. you can have multiple MX records for one domain. but you would need to update your text record for as such setting. If your MX record is not a proper place then you will not be able to receive an email at your mail server.

Remove Duplicate Email From Your Email CSV List.

In this blog, I am going to discuss duplicate email and its removal from an email CSV list. This means you are having one email address more than once in your email CSV list.

Duplicate email does not create a big problem if they are very less in number like 1-5. But if they are in measure quantity like thousand and lakhs then it would create a bigger problem in order to have an email marketing or using this list that having a duplicate email in large number would create a problem towards sending a nice email campaign.

How our email list becomes full of duplicate email addresses?

See, if this is our own subscriber email list then it is very less chance to have a more duplicate email address in our CSV list. But if we have purchased our email list from a third party then it would definitely have some duplicate email addresses that could create problem while sending the email campaign to this email list.

Sometime when merging multiple email lists of the different-2 domain having various email addresses in common. So this creates multiple email duplicacy or duplicate email in the final email list.

What problems does this duplicate email create?

The very first problem due to these duplicate email is an increasing count of email in a csv list that causes us to pay a certain amount for a specific plan at various ESP on the basis of email count in CSV list. But in actual, this is not the real number of email.

Sometimes if these duplicate email addresses are not being stoped to send emails then there are multiple emails sent to one recipient. this creates a bad impact on our brand and also irritates the customer or user has the same email multiple time. This can also impact on our business and relation with the user.

Conclusion:

Duplicate email is nothing but the presence of on single email multiple times on one single list. This duplicate email creates an extra burden in terms of selecting the best ESP plan which is based on email count. And duplicate email also affects our brand reputation if the same email is sent twice at the same time to one user. and this can also cause the relationship to breaking with our customer.
