और उन्हें फाइनल executable कोड में convert करना | जिसे हम load module भी कहते है |

इसका मतलब यह है कि linker जो है वो object प्रोग्राम फाइल्स(Modules) को लेता है|

और उन्हें फिर executable final program में कन्वर्ट करता है |

जो compiler होता है उसका use object code file को generate करने का होता है जिसे हम मशीन कोड भी कहते है |

और जो लिंकर होता है वो सभी object file को collect करके उन्हें executable फाइल में convert करता है |

पर कुछ language में compiler के पास एक separate लिंकर नहीं होता है तो ऐसे स्थिति में compiler ही linker का काम करता है |

loader और linker में क्या difference होता है |

linker का काम source file को collect करके उसे executable फाइल में convert करना है |

और वही loader का काम लिंकर द्वारा convert किये कोड को प्राप्त कर उसे final execution के लिए main memory में लोड करना है |
