This webhook configuration process could be a little different for each ESP, but the motive is the same for all the ESP.
But it does mean that you will get reports for each email that is landed in the spam folder and also in the inbox folder.
Instead, you will get the percentage or number stats for your spam and bounce email, open email, delivered emails, etc.
But it does not mean that you can get a detailed report for your emails that could not reach or get failed. Few SMTP or ESP provide you the facility to set the DMARC records,…
… and these records are set to get the detailed report for each failed email, whether it got bounced or landed in spam.
But most of the users do not get interested to get such detailed reports so very few ESP provides the facility to set the DMARC records.
